Having been in the motor industry for more than 40 years, Srecko Lorbek is one of the leaders in Australia’s automotive sector, with headquarters in both Melbourne and Sydney to service all of Australia. Over those years, Srecko has experienced the paradigm shift in technology and car ownership, and believes that electrification is no longer the future, but today’s reality. Srecko’s advocacy in the EV sector has seen many other people in the industry shift their previously steadfast views and focus on today’s technology, not yesterday’s.
Rob Thomson
Chief Operating Officer
Rob Thomson has held a number of senior executive positions in some of Australia’s leading automotive retail and distribution organisations. Transitioning to renewable energies and new EV technology in automotive markets is an exciting journey for Rob. With a passion for being leading change, Rob believes that electric vehicles will be the start of an unprecedented change in automotive and the broader community.
Chris Alexander
Chief Information Officer
Chris has been in IT and Operations for over 12 years. Starting his career as a crew member for a Quick Service restaurant chain, before moving into global I.T and project management, Chris has worked in the Philippines, Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, and the United States. As part of this work, Chris was a pioneer in the systems that were being implemented, working with the developers and technical support teams, and interfacing with the clients ensuring that they were getting exactly what they needed and expected.
Ilija Cicak
Chief Finance Officer
Ilija completed his Bachelor of Business (Professional Accountancy) Degree at RMIT University. In his first position post university, Ilija was appointed assistant Financial Controller at Jowett Motor Group where he worked for over three years. He was then appointed the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) at Lorbek Luxury Cars where he has worked for over 10 years and built a very strong relationship with many of the past and present employees, particularly the Executive Chairman and Founder Srecko Lorbek.
Herbert Zheng
Chief Product Officer
Herbert has been working in the IT and security industry for more than a decade. As an electronics engineer, he has extensive knowledge of both hardware and software, as well as IT network infrastructure. Herbert has been involved in designing, engineering and supporting large scale projects, including large government and major corporation projects. Herbert is responsible for the product design of the GET product line. He leads a team of engineers to ensure our products always exceed the expectation of our valued customers.
Tony Dimitrijevic
Director of Infrastructure & Development
As an Electrical Engineer, Tony has been in continuous business since 1987, specialising in electrical design, large scale engineering, emergency power systems (both AC and DC), PLC control systems, engineering management, access control and security, IOT automation, and smart home automation. Tony’s companies service government, from a federal level all the way down to local government, as well as large corporations, specialising in large scale rollouts and management of electrical and security infrastructure.
